Senior Project
In the last few decades society has conditioned women to idolize bodies that are unrealistic and unhealthy. To make things worse, they advertise these bodies as “healthy” or “perfect” leading women down a destructive path of mental illnesses both mental and physical. Behold You is a campaign that advocates for healthy women bodies and strives to educate them on the vast variety of body shapes. For this project I collected data by conducting an interview and using the statistics in my posters as a call to action for society to make a change. The cards are business sized affirmations that people can always keep with them as a reminder of their worth.
